RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
This policy explains how cancellations, returns, refunds and faulty-item claims are handled for purchases made from TCG Globe Ltd. Nothing in this policy removes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Cancelling an online order because you changed your mind
For most goods bought online, consumers have the right to cancel without giving a reason. You must tell us clearly that you wish to cancel within 14 days beginning the day after the goods are delivered.
After telling us that you wish to cancel, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days.
Email support@tcgglobe.com with your full name, order number, the items being returned and a clear statement that you are cancelling the purchase.
3. Condition of returned trading-card products
You may inspect goods only to the extent reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and condition, in the same way that you could reasonably inspect them in a physical shop.
Factory-sealed booster packs, booster boxes, collection boxes, tins, decks and other sealed trading-card products should be returned sealed, unopened, undamaged and in resalable condition.
This does not remove your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described, counterfeit or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.
4. Return postage
Change-of-mind returns
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when you simply change your mind, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We strongly recommend an insured and trackable service.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods
Where a return is accepted for one of these reasons, TCG GLOBE LTD will cover reasonable return costs or provide suitable return instructions. Contact us before sending the goods.
5. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and match their description. In many cases, consumers have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days. After that period, the appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund, depending on the law and circumstances.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper storage, ordinary wear and tear, or a fault clearly disclosed before purchase is not treated as a product fault caused by TCG GLOBE LTD.
6. Delivery damage and missing items
Inspect your parcel as soon as reasonably possible. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact support@tcgglobe.com promptly and keep all packaging and the delivery label.
7. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are normally made to the original payment method.
For a valid change-of-mind cancellation, we will refund the price paid and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option where required by law. Extra amounts paid for express or upgraded delivery are not necessarily refundable.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that they were sent back. Refunds will then be processed without undue delay and within the applicable statutory time limit.
8. Opened and unsealed products
We do not apply a blanket exclusion that removes statutory rights. However, a change-of-mind refund may be reduced where seals have been broken, packs opened or goods handled beyond what was reasonably necessary and this has reduced their value.
9. Refused and uncollected deliveries
Refusing delivery or failing to collect a parcel does not always amount to a valid cancellation. Contact us clearly if you wish to cancel. Where a parcel is returned because an incorrect address was supplied, delivery was refused without valid cancellation, or it was not collected, we may deduct reasonable costs where legally permitted.
10. International returns
International customers must contact us before sending a return. Change-of-mind return postage, customs charges and related costs are the customer's responsibility unless applicable law requires otherwise or the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed.

This policy does not replace, exclude or restrict rights and remedies available under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or other applicable law.
