TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases made from TCG Globe Ltd and use of the TCG Globe website. Please read them before placing an order. Nothing in these terms removes or restricts consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Effective date: 11 July 2026

2. Who may place an order

By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian should place the order on your behalf.

Orders must be placed for lawful purposes using accurate customer, billing and delivery information.

3. Product information

We take reasonable care to describe products accurately. Product photographs are illustrative, and colours or packaging may appear differently because of screen settings, manufacturer updates, regional packaging or normal production variation.

Unless a listing expressly says otherwise, sealed trading-card products are sold as unopened retail products. We do not guarantee the contents, pull rates, rarity, grading outcome or future value of any randomly assorted or sealed product.

For graded cards, singles or pre-owned products, the listing will identify the relevant grading company, grade or stated condition where applicable. Customers should review the listing carefully before ordering.

4. Prices and additional charges

The total product price and any mandatory charges will be displayed before you place the order. Delivery charges are calculated at checkout according to the available service, destination, parcel size, weight and order value.

UK orders with a qualifying goods value of £200 or more are eligible for free standard UK delivery unless an exclusion is clearly shown before purchase.

We are not currently stating a UK VAT registration number on the website. If our VAT status changes, pricing and tax information will be updated as required.

International customers may be required to pay import VAT, customs duty, handling charges or local taxes unless checkout expressly states that these are included.

5. Placing an order and contract formation

Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it indefinitely and does not create a contract. Submitting an order is an offer to buy the goods shown at checkout.

An automatic order acknowledgement confirms that we received your request. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

A binding sales contract is formed when we expressly accept the order, normally by confirming payment and dispatch, unless the checkout or confirmation clearly states an earlier acceptance point.

Separate items in one order may be accepted or dispatched at different times. Each accepted item may form a separate contract.

6. Payment

Payment must be made using an available checkout method. Payments may be processed by providers such as Stripe or PayPal under their own terms and security controls.

We may delay acceptance or dispatch while payment, address, security, stock or fraud-prevention checks are completed.

If payment is declined, reversed, cancelled or not confirmed, we may cancel the order and release any reserved stock.

7. Stock, reservations and availability

Products are subject to availability. Stock displayed online may change quickly, especially for limited releases and high-demand products.

Checkout stock reservations are temporary. If payment is not completed within the permitted period, reserved stock may be released for another customer.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled because of a stock error, supplier issue or other genuine availability problem, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund for the unavailable item.

8. Pricing and listing errors

We may correct genuine typographical, technical or pricing errors. Where a clear and obvious error is identified before acceptance, we may reject or cancel the affected order and refund any payment taken.

We will not use this clause to avoid a valid contract merely because the transaction later becomes less profitable.

9. Pre-orders

A product described as a pre-order is expected to be released or supplied at a later date. Release dates are estimates supplied by manufacturers, distributors or publishers and may change.

Where an order contains both in-stock and pre-order products, checkout information or customer support will explain whether the order is held for one shipment or may be split.

Your statutory cancellation rights are not removed merely because an item is sold as a pre-order.

10. Delivery

Delivery charges, estimates, tracking, international customs, delayed parcels, incorrect addresses, loss and damage are explained in our Delivery Policy.

Where no different delivery date is agreed, consumer orders will be delivered without undue delay and normally within the period required by applicable law.

11. Cancellation, returns and refunds

For most online purchases, consumers may cancel within 14 days beginning the day after delivery, without giving a reason, and then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer unless we agree otherwise or the law requires a different result.

Sealed trading-card products should be returned sealed, unopened and in resalable condition. Opening packs or breaking factory seals can substantially reduce or remove resale value. Where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we may make a lawful deduction reflecting that loss in value.

Full details are provided in our Returns & Refund Policy .

12. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods

Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for their usual purpose and match their description. If they do not, consumers may have rights to reject, repair, replacement, price reduction or refund, depending on the circumstances and timing.

Contact support@tcgglobe.com promptly and retain the product, packaging, delivery label and relevant photographs where damage or an incorrect item is reported.

13. Customer accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your password and taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised use.

You must tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate fraud, comply with law or prevent misuse. We will not use account suspension to remove valid consumer rights or avoid existing obligations.

14. Reviews and customer content

Reviews must be honest, relevant and based on genuine experience. You must not submit unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, defamatory, misleading, abusive, obscene, infringing or fraudulent content.

We may moderate, reject or remove content that breaches these terms or applicable law. Moderation does not mean that TCG Globe Ltd endorses every published statement.

By submitting a review, you grant TCG Globe Ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display it for operating and promoting the website, while you retain ownership of your original content.

15. Acceptable website use

You must not:

  • use the website unlawfully or fraudulently;
  • attempt to access another person's account;
  • interfere with security, sessions, payments or checkout;
  • use automated tools to overwhelm, scrape or disrupt the website without permission;
  • upload malicious code or attempt unauthorised access;
  • submit false orders, chargeback fraud, abusive messages or misleading reviews; or
  • reproduce website content commercially without permission or a legal right to do so.

16. Fraud prevention and order cancellation

We may reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, sanctions, legal restrictions, stock unavailability, a clear pricing error or inability to deliver.

Where an order is cancelled after payment, we will provide the appropriate refund unless funds must lawfully be retained, frozen or handled differently by a payment provider or authority.

17. Intellectual property

The website design, code, original text, graphics, logos and other TCG Globe Ltd materials are owned by or licensed to TCG Globe Ltd and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Product names, character names, card-game brands, artwork and third- party trade marks belong to their respective owners. Their use on the website identifies genuine product categories and does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

18. Website availability and external links

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security, hosting, payment or technical reasons.

External links are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services or content that we do not control.

19. Our responsibility to consumers

We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability arising from consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We are not responsible for losses that were not foreseeable, losses caused by information supplied incorrectly by the customer, or business losses suffered by a consumer using goods mainly for commercial purposes, except where the law requires otherwise.

20. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, courier disruption, customs delays, industrial action, public emergencies, payment network failures or major technical outages.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce disruption and communicate material problems. This clause does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

21. Personal information and cookies

We process personal information as explained in our Privacy Policy and use cookies as explained in our Cookie Policy.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for future use of the website and future orders. The terms applying to an order are normally those presented when the order was placed, unless a legal change must apply.

The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.

23. Transfer, waiver and severability

We may transfer our rights or obligations only where this does not reduce your legal rights. You may transfer your rights where the law permits or with our written agreement.

A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. If any part of these terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue to apply.

24. Governing law and disputes

These terms and contracts with TCG Globe Ltd are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Consumers living elsewhere in the United Kingdom or another country retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings in courts that applicable consumer law provides.

Please contact us first at support@tcgglobe.com so that we have an opportunity to resolve the matter.
